Ready-to-ship collection:
You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been packed or shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Personalized jewelry:
You can cancel your order if production has not yet started.
In some cases, cancellation may no longer be possible shortly after placing your order, as we begin personalization immediately to ensure timely delivery.

Returns & Refunds
Yes! If you're not fully happy with your order, we'd love to make it right. You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it.
Please note: personalized jewelry, for example with a name, initial, birthstone or engraving, cannot be returned or exchanged. Each piece is made uniquely for you and therefore cannot be resold. Please double-check your order carefully before you check out.
Please send us an email within 30 days after receiving your package, including your order number.
We will then provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to return your order.
Customers are responsible for returning the item and covering the associated shipping costs.
We aim to keep our jewelry priced as fairly as possible. By not including return shipping costs in our standard prices, we are able to keep our products affordable for everyone.

Materials & Jewelry Care
Yes, you can. Our jewelry is designed to be water, sweat and heat resistant, allowing you to wear it while showering or swimming.
You can enjoy your jewelry at any moment without having to take it off.
Our jewelry is made from high-quality materials.
We use 316L stainless steel with an 18k gold plating for certain pieces, while others are crafted from copper or 925 sterling silver.

Our jewelry is designed not to tarnish and will not turn your skin green.
We use high-quality, hypoallergenic materials that are resistant to discoloration and skin irritation.
Some pieces may contain a very small amount of nickel, but this is typically unnoticeable — even for sensitive skin.
Keeping your jewelry shiny is easy.
Clean it with warm soapy water and a soft brush, such as a toothbrush. Pat dry with a soft microfiber cloth and store it in a safe, dry place when not in use.
Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals found in products like lotion, perfume, hairspray, or cleaning agents such as bleach.
We recommend putting your jewelry on last and taking it off first when you get home.
Freshwater pearls are natural products and are not always perfectly round.
Small variations in shape or surface are normal and make each pearl unique!
Warranty
Maxxim Paris offers a 12-month warranty covering:
- Color retention: Materials will not discolor under normal use
- Quality guarantee: Protection against material and craftsmanship defects
- Stone setting: Stones will remain securely set under normal use
- Closures: Full functionality of clasps and closures
The following are not covered:
- Damage caused by misuse: such as bent jewelry or broken chains due to snagging
- Wear of gold plating: fading over time due to normal use
- Damage to stones: caused by exposure to chemicals like perfume or hairspray
