Return & Refund Policy
At Maxxim Paris, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached. We do not accept returns on customized or personalized items.
To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at info@maxximparis.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the final refund amount. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Order cancellation
At Maxxim Paris, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your custom order has not yet manufactured, we will be able to cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already manufactured or shipped, we will be unable to cancel it but you can return the items for a refund once you receive them (please see our return policy for details).

Product Availability and Limitations
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Maxxim Paris may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we're building them as fast as we can. Maxxim Paris reserves the right to change quantities, available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Maxxim Paris confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Maxxim Paris will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
